The scan I received through interlibrary loan is missing pages/illegible.

Answer

Reply to the email notification you received from Interlibrary Loan. You can also email or call 578-2138.  Inform ILL staff of the missing pages, and they will rescan the article (if scanned locally) or we will contact the lending library and request another scan.
