What should I do if I receive a fine for an item I returned?

If you're able to come to the library, we would be happy to help you in person. Otherwise, you can email us at libcirc@lsu.edu. Please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can initiate an investigation. Because of privacy laws, we cannot discuss patron accounts over the phone.
