Users locked out of their EBSCO account should report the issue to the library's Virtual Help Desk. Select the topic EBSCO account help and provide a brief explanation of the issue. Someone from Digital Access & Discovery Services will reach out to EBSCO on your behalf, and follow up with you via email.
